Attorneys in our firm have successfully represented both insurers and policyholders in coverage disputes since the 1970’s and have developed both a national and international reputation in the field. It is this field in particular where our low fee structure is significant as compared to the partners of large law firms with similar or less experience. Often times our hourly rate is half that of such large firm partners. We have handled a wide variety of substantive coverage areas including environmental, asbestos, products, CGL policy related issues, reinsurance, clergy sex abuse and bad faith.
